Cambio Product Specialists support our customers with the implementation and management of Cambio products in the customer’s business. We have expertise and experience in all aspects of the set up: managing and directing, business analysis and change management, installation and configuration, infrastructure and testing, deployment and on-site customer support. Our Product Specialists have extensive experience in the healthcare business and are experts when it comes to Cambio’s solutions. We are used to discussing and providing recommendations from both a technical and functional perspective. With the help of our Product Specialists, our customers will receive the best possible support with regards to implementing and managing our solutions. Together with the customer, we ensure that processes work in harmony with the solutions and that the full benefits of the solutions are realised. We work closely with our customers through primarily working on site at the customer’s place of business.

From an international perspective, Sweden is leading the way with regards to the use of e-healthcare services. Many of the solutions that Cambio have developed, together with Swedish customers, are of great interest outside of Sweden. Above all, it is the experience of linking together the information flow in a coherent chain of care that has generated interest internationally.
Outside of Sweden, Cambio’s products can be found in the Danish market and in the UK. Cambio’s products are marketed throughout the whole Nordic region and the company is planning on entering new markets as it continues to grow, primarily in Europe.
